Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group is seeking a Senior Director of Surgical and Interventional Services to oversee operations across the North Puget Sound Service Area. This leadership role involves developing strategic plans, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring quality and safety in patient care.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of operational leadership experience in surgical services, strong financial acumen, and a passion for whole-person care. A hybrid work schedule is required, ensuring leaders are present in the community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership in surgical and/or interventional services.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience in a complex, multi-site health system.
• 5+ years of multi-campus operational leadership experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee surgical and interventional service operations across two campuses.
• Develop integrated plans and monitor effectiveness aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with physicians for coordinated patient care and improved communication.
