Job summary

Providence Health & Services seeks a Senior Director of Surgical and Interventional Services to lead operations across the North Puget Sound Service Area, focusing on excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership in surgical and/or interventional services.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience in a complex, multisite health system.
• 5+ years of multicampus operational leadership experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an integrated plan for areas of responsibility that implements the service area's strategic and operational plan.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of areas of responsibility.
• Provide staff development through selection, coaching, and mentoring of core leaders.
