Skagit Regional Health is seeking a Regional Director of Perioperative Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across operating rooms, anesthesia, PACU, sterile processing, endoscopy, a surgery center, and cath lab services across multiple sites in northwest Washington.

The Director will oversee approximately 232 FTEs, drive high‑quality patient care, and partner with surgeons, clinicians, and operations leaders to advance organizational goals and productivity.

Qualifikationen

• BSN required; master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Active Washington State and/or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience in a related clinical setting.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Prior multi-site leadership experience highly preferred.
• Previous experience working in a union environment strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across OR, anesthesia, PACU, sterile processing, endoscopy, and cath lab.
• Oversee regional surgical services across multiple locations and seven direct reports.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, expand capabilities, and optimize resources.
• Build relationships across geographically diverse teams and align priorities.
• Partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, finance, and leaders to support patient outcomes and experience.
• Mentor surgical leaders, foster engagement, and ensure regulatory and accreditation standards.
