Job summary

Parallel Management Group in Michigan seeks a Regional Specialty Program Director to lead rollout, training, and ongoing support of specialty resident programs across communities, coordinating with building and regional leadership to plan which programs to implement and in what order.

You will work with onsite teams to launch each program, schedule trainings, host biweekly check-ins, assemble monthly newsletters, and ensure Memory Care, End-of-Life Doula, and Restorative Care programs run

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, memory care, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Able to conduct hands-on staff training in person and virtually.
• Willing to complete End-of-Life Doula certification and train others.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building across departments.
• Proficient with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom).
• Able to travel regularly between communities within the region.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and host ongoing training experiences for staff at all communities within the region.
• Communicate with building and regional management to identify which specialty programs are appropriate for new communities, and implement programs in order of priority.
• Provide ongoing support to staff responsible for day-to-day program delivery across roles.
• Hold biweekly meetings or calls with communities to monitor progress and provide support.
• Send monthly reminders and assist with resident requests to keep program submissions on track.
• Compile monthly submissions into a regional newsletter.
