Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations experience in Health Care.
• 2+ years managing HFA/AFC licensed communities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong sales background.
• Ability to travel locally with minimal overnights.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Develops or expands corporate and facility programs.
• Monitors budget, regulatory compliance and clinical services.
• Recruit, hire, and retain high performance teams through training and accountability.
• Identify opportunities regionally and implement action plans.
• Lead regional operational team and facilities staff.
• Ensure compliance with corporate directives and programs.
• Represent corporation at industry meetings and promote programs.
