Ebara Technologies Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites.

Role requires up to 20–35% travel, including international travel, with sponsorship not available for this position. Ideal candidates have experience across semiconductor, HVAC, automotive, or industrial maintenance and possess strong mechanical and electrical skills.

Formación

• Associate degree or electronics program completed or equivalent experience.
• Experience with field service in high-tech environments is preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude for semiconductor equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Interpret operation manuals to diagnose tool failures.
• Document preventative maintenance, downtime, and service activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Order and notify customers when replacement parts are needed.
• Diagnose failures and escalate design issues to engineering as needed.
• Provide technical support to customers for operations and maintenance.
• Lead install activities on CMP equipment and support power-on processes.
• Act as primary customer contact for technical and service-related issues.
• Mentor junior Field Service Technicians.
• Support service center operations and other customer sites as required.
