Job summary

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is a private equity real estate firm seeking a Multi-Site Self Storage Facility Manager to oversee operations of multiple facilities, drive occupancy, revenue growth, and customer service excellence across locations. This role blends on-site management with regional oversight and leadership of property teams.

You will supervise sales, manage payments, coordinate maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor site managers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property managerial experience; multi-site management preferred
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Professional presentation
• Willingness to work respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds
• Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass background check

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales strategies and customer service standards across multiple facilities.
• Train staff to meet sales goals for rentals, insurance, and merchandise.
• Monitor occupancy, performance metrics, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Ensure accurate processing of payments, deposits, and cash handling.
• Review financial reports to identify trends and oversee collections.
• Perform regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Lead and coach facility managers and onsite staff.
• Ensure compliance with lease laws and state/local regulations.
