Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of self-storage stores in the assigned region. You will own district sales growth, profitability, and the leadership direction of the portfolio, reporting to executive leadership.

You will develop plans to hit sales goals, optimize NOI, and drive strong operations while mentoring a 20-35+ person team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and multi-unit leadership experience in retail services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum five years leading multi-unit retail sales/service operations (storage industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to travel within the district and to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans to achieve sales goals and optimize NOI.
• Drive strong operational performance across the portfolio.
• Inspire, lead, and develop the team.
• Monitor sales, costs, staffing, and safety.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance.
