Title: Regional Supervisor

• Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
• Pay: $25 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time

The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and developing CGS guards. This position will require the use of a company vehicle; all applicants must be over 21, possess a valid Driver’s License, and have a clean driving record.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervisors must keep in mind that CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively
• Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well‑being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise
• Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures
• Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations
• Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication

Position Requirements:

• 5 years of supervisory experience (Preferred)
• A clean driving record (able to pass DMV Check)
• Prior Military or Law Enforcement Experience (Preferred)
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, report writing, etc.)
• Customer service experience is a plus
