Job summary

Cascadia Global Security (CGS) in Seattle, WA is seeking a part-time/unarmed security officer for flexible shifts. This on-call role covers nights and weekends with the potential to transition to full-time.

Pay is $28 per hour with daily pay options available and immediate hiring. You will perform access control, patrols, and incident reporting, maintain professional appearance, and complete daily documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of security experience required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Access Control and monitoring of client facilities.
• Investigate and report safety conditions and maintenance needs.
• Patrols may be conducted in a company vehicle or on foot to ensure visibility.
• Deterrence of theft and vandalism; maintain safe, professional environment.
• Complete concise and accurate daily administrative documentation.
• Maintain uniform and grooming standards while in uniform.

This is a flex position; hours will fluctuate weekly. Any applicants must be willing to cover nights and weekends as needed. This position has the potential to transition into Full-Time work

SecurityResponsibilities:

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Patrols areassigned in a company-marked vehicle, provided the candidate's driving history isexemplary. Free of tickets, accidents, or marks against your driver's license.
  • Patrols may be assigned on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activities at client facilities
• Theft and vandalism deterrence
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete
• Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications and skills:

• Basic computer skills and report-writing experience
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies
• Minimum 18 years old

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary: $28per hr.
• 50% paid Medical/ Dental/ Vision/ and Free Life insurance for Full-time employees, available after the first 60 days.
