Job summary

Cascadia Global Security in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Regional Supervisor to oversee guards, safety, and policy enforcement on a full-time basis. The role includes travel by company vehicle and a competitive hourly wage of $25.

Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with clean DMV record.
• Prior military or law enforcement experience (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee and site safety and enforce policies.
• Develop and supervise guards/officers.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and VP of Operations.
• Communicate promptly via all channels (emails, calls, texts).
• Lead by example and maintain professional communications.
