Job summary

Absolute International Security seeks a Regional Operations Manager in Irwindale, CA to oversee day-to-day operations for client accounts and regional security programs. This role supports the VP of Operations, leading weekend and after-hours operations with a focus on client relations, risk mitigation, and performance improvement.

The position requires extensive security ops experience, supervisory background, and a valid guard card with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of private security operations, law enforcement and/or military experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Possess a valid guard card permit or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record necessary to operate Company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Report to the VP of Operations.
• Manage all key operational responsibilities including training, retention, QA, contract compliance, client relations, customer service, emergency response, and other operational functions.
• Ensure employee adherence to Company policy and procedures, contract requirements, and general security standards.
• Consult on daily Operational staffing requirements.
• Resolve client issues in a professional manner.
• Develop good working relations with clients by providing in-person visits to Client sites and acting as Client liaison for the Company.
• Conduct threat assessments and walk-throughs with Clients to gather information for Post Orders.
• Conduct in-person Quality Assurance checks, post inspections, and training/retraining.
• Provide security assessments and risk mitigation strategies for new and existing clients.
