You will oversee shifts across multiple sites, supervise account managers, supervisors, and security officers, conduct site inspections, ensure post orders and instructions are followed, coach and train team members, and support district operations. Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 1 year of security operations experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience supervising security officers and handling client relationships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts and segments of guarding operations across multiple sites; supervise officers and supervisors.
• Ensure service quality by monitoring posts, reviewing instructions, and taking corrective actions.
• Coordinate with line management and clients on status updates, security planning, and staffing needs.
• Coach and train staff, manage scheduling, and control labor costs while maintaining compliant operations.
