Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a salaried shifts supervisor to manage guarding operations across multiple sites. You will supervise Field Supervisors and security personnel, perform inspections, ensure post orders are followed, and coach staff to deliver high quality service.

The role requires 2+ years security experience, scheduling and payroll knowledge, and driver certification. Open availability is required for this full-time position, with an emphasis on effective team

Qualifications

• 2+ years security experience required.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll preferred.
• Must have driving certification and be willing to drive to multiple sites.
• Open availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, including supervision of officers and supervisory staff.
• Ensure post orders are followed; perform inspections and coach/train personnel.
• Maintain payroll records and other employee information; review reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and client communications to meet service levels while controlling labor costs.
• Provide input to security planning, assessments, and client start-ups; support line management in operations.
