Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee daily security staffing and administrative functions across multiple states, including North Carolina.

You will guide regional managers, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with client representatives to deliver top-quality service. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% to facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management or business administration or 10 years’ experience in security operations management and project management role.
• Experience managing security operations in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Military experience with an honorable discharge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operational staffing requirements and administrative functions to meet regional goals.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and manage the direct management team and security personnel.
• Ensure resources and posts are staffed per contract requirements and post orders.
• Serve as regional contract liaison with client representatives to ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee training and operational deployment of the security team in the region.
• Maintain high standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training.
• Keep the National Account Manager informed of contract performance and deficiencies.
• Attend required meetings with Inter-Con personnel or client personnel in person or remotely.
