Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as corporate security, audit, law enforcement, or loss prevention.
• Minimum of three years' related security experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to prepare detailed reports.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead district level security program efforts to protect people, assets, and brand.
• Develop strategic security plans for the assigned location(s).
• Conduct risk assessments and lead investigations into incidents like workplace violence, fraud, or losses.
• Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to support investigations and compliance.
• Monitor security plans and technologies such as surveillance and access control.
• Track security metrics and address gaps or physical security concerns.
• Train business partners on security best practices.
• Initiate on-site visits to review security shipping concerns and draft action plans.
• Maintain knowledge of TSA, FAA, policies, and IC/ISP agreements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
