Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Regional Director of Corporate Security to oversee security for all North Central Region facilities, including offices, manufacturing sites, and warehouses. The role reports to the Senior Security Director, North America and involves coordinating with site leadership, Asset Protection, law enforcement, and external consultants.

The candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, experience in security management, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Criminal Justice / Loss Prevention / Security (strongly preferred) or currently working towards a related degree.
• Tactical Law Enforcement experience is strongly preferred.
• CPR / AED / First Aid Training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving history if driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Security for all SBD facilities within the North Central Region (offices, manufacturing sites, warehouses, service centers).
• Assess each site to ensure compliance to minimum security standards and recommend improvements to site leadership.
• Report to Senior Security Director, North America; collaborate with site leadership, Asset Protection, local law enforcement, and consultants.
• Provide supervision to site-level Security personnel and support in crisis situations.
• Travel, non-business hours, and potential weekends required.
