Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Rosemont, IL, seeks a Senior Director, Corporate Security to lead a global security program protecting people, facilities, assets, and reputation. The role combines strategy, governance, and operations across North America with 3 direct reports in a hybrid work model.

You will partner with Legal, HR, EHS, IT Security, Real Estate, and Enterprise Risk Management to ensure duty of care, crisis readiness, travel security, and incident response align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; relevant security certification is preferred.
• 15+ years of corporate or global security experience with 5+ years in management.
• Global industrial manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global corporate security program strategy, governance, and preparedness across North America and Mexico.
• Oversee threat intelligence, risk management, and incident response.
• Manage executive protection, duty of care, travel risk management and crisis response.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, EHS, IT Security, Real Estate, and Enterprise Risk Management to align security with business goals.
