Job summary

The Osen-Hunter Group seeks a Training Manager to oversee training and instructional leadership for Vendor Personnel. This on-site role reports daily in the New Market, MD area.

Responsibilities include program development, delivery, compliance monitoring, facilitation, and program evaluation. Candidates should have 7+ years in security or law enforcement with training leadership, plus firearms instructor certification and required certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• U.S. citizen, 21+, Top Secret with POLY.
• Firearms Instructor Certification and defensive tactics training certificates.
• Able to obtain armed security license and firearm permits as required.
• CPR and First Aid/AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Develop computerized on-the-job training in a dedicated portal and review records electronically.
• Coordinate, deliver, and manage Vendor Personnel training programs; assess needs and develop materials.
• Ensure laws and regulations are reviewed and changes implemented for contract-specific policies.
• Conduct and facilitate training sessions; provide monthly training completion updates.
• Develop and implement methods to measure training effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.
