US Anesthesia Partners in Houston is seeking a Regional Scheduler to manage daily, nightly, and weekend schedules across the region. You will answer calls, enter data, and coordinate with providers, surgeons, and facilities to ensure timely case coverage.

The ideal candidate resides in the Houston area, can work a Sunday–Thursday 12:00 PM–8:30 PM shift, and may be eligible for a quarterly bonus. Base pay ranges from $19.95 to $31.92 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Knowledge of medical practices and terminology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage high call and data-entry volume.

Responsabilités

• Navigate scheduling system and enter daily schedules.
• Coordinate daily and next-day schedules with physician leaders.
• Handle PTO requests and schedule changes.
• Communicate with providers, surgeons, and facilities with minimal supervision.
• Train new scheduling staff as needed.
• Maintain documentation and scheduling policies.
