Job summary

HG Analytics is seeking a Part Time Medical Scheduling Supervisor to lead our scheduling team, ensuring timely, accurate patient assistance. This role combines hands-on scheduling with leadership, onsite training, performance monitoring, and regional support, including travel to Houston and Central Texas.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment with EMR experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of patient scheduling experience.
• Experience with an EMR/EHR system is required.
• Previous supervisory or team-coordination experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and coach scheduling staff to meet daily goals.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and scheduling targets.
• Review scheduling activity to identify improvements and gaps.
• Provide ongoing coaching and accountability to schedulers.
• Lead onsite training and auditing with 60%+ onsite time.
• Travel regionally to train, coach, and audit schedulers.
• Identify eligible patients and route through enrollment processes.
• Perform hands-on scheduling and resolve conflicts as needed.
