Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking an experienced District Operations Manager to oversee multiple salons in the Kansas City area. You will direct operations, align with company standards, and drive sales-building initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, retail/customer service background, and the ability to manage costs, recruit and develop staff, and communicate across teams. Travel between locations is expected.

Qualifications

Retail/sales/customer service experience.
Proven leadership and team development across multiple locations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with smartphones, tablets, and PC–based tools.
Must be able to drive between locations; flexible availability.

Responsibilities

Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district of multiple salons to align with company goals.
Ensure adherence to PBT quality standards, systems and procedures.
Direct salons with a sales-building focus.
Monitor and control costs including labor, cost of sales, revenue and profitability.
Recruit, hire, develop and maintain high-quality staff.
Collaborate with operators and support personnel on projects and initiatives.
