Palm Beach Tan is seeking a driven District Manager to lead teams across the Oklahoma City area. This role oversees day-to-day operations across multiple salon locations, recruits and coaches managers, and drives sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multi-unit retail management, a proven track record of meeting goals, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel within the district.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit retail or salon management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in retail operations, technology, and with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to travel regularly between locations within the district.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Palm Beach Tan salon locations within the district
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop salon managers and team members to meet performance goals
• Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on customer satisfaction and retention
• Drive district-wide membership goals, sales growth, and revenue targets
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure brand standards, compliance, and customer service excellence are consistently upheld
• Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and operational audits
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement company initiatives and promotional strategies
