You will recruit, train, and manage staff, monitor costs, and collaborate with operators and support teams to drive profitability across locations. A strong retail, customer service background and valid driver’s license are required; travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations (management) experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments.
• Open and flexible availability depending on the needs of the business and team.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district.
• Monitor and control costs including labor, cost of sales, sales revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop and maintain the highest quality staff.
• Collaborate with operators and support personnel; ensure timely communications on projects and initiatives.
