Job summary

The role centers on data entry of national sales orders and daily processing with accuracy within contract, inventory and scheduling constraints. You will collaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure campaign success, generate reports in Excel, and routinely use Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative support experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compliant with directives and standard operating procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external contacts.
• Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
• Broadcast sales, media buying, or agency experience is a plus.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of national sales orders from national advertisers.
• Daily entry of National Sales orders into the traffic system with accuracy and constraints.
• Maintenance and research on national sales orders to troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure campaign success.
• Understand and follow National sales processes, systems, and SOPs.
• Prioritize and organize workload with urgency and balance.
• Complete tasks within deadlines.
• Generate and maintain reports from internal systems and Excel.
• Daily use of Windows and Office suite.
