StayDry Waterproofing Inc. is a leading provider of basement waterproofing, crawl space solutions, foundation repair, and mold solutions. We serve customers throughout all of Michigan, including Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Ann Arbor, and several other cities and counties.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Representative. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting with customers in their homes, diagnosing and selling solutions, prospecting and generating leads, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers throughout the process of the job, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve regular travel to meet with customers and prospects in all of Michigan (Company car and gas will be supplied to you).

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful sales experience in a field role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of the waterproofing, construction, or related industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• MUST live in the Ovid, Michigan area for reporting and weekly sales meetings.
