We have a customer-first approach and deliver high-precision steel solutions to a wide variety of industries, including construction, HVAC, material handling, Agriculture, display and fixture, automotive aftermarket, and OEMs. As we continue to expand, we are looking for dynamic, driven, and experienced Sales Representatives to grow our presence in the Midwest and Northeast regions.

Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing key customer relationships within your assigned territory. Your goal will be to drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities for Precision Sheet/tube Metal Fab and assembly.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline across your regional territory
  • Build long-term relationships with OEMs, fabricators, and other industrial customers
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of industrial sales experience (metal/steel sales strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of B2B sales success and territory development
  • Knowledge of sheet and tube fabrications processes, steel materials, and/or fabrication is a major plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%
  • Must reside in MN, WI, OH, IN, PA, or NY
