Job summary

AML in Indianapolis seeks a high-performance Regional Sales Representative to drive growth across metalworking fluids and forging lubricants. You will develop territory plans, build key account relationships, and coordinate with R&D, production, and service teams to deliver value.

You will expand market share by identifying opportunities, cross-selling within existing accounts, and delivering tailored technical solutions; travel up to 60% across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Communications, Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales with metalworking/forging or lubricant industries.
• Located in Indianapolis, Indiana with access to the Indianapolis area.
• Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing environments and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by cross-selling and securing new business in metalworking and forging sectors.
• Sell AML’s metalworking fluids and forging lubricants across the defined region.
• Engage key accounts and industry influencers with long-term relationship building.
• Plan and forecast territory plans, prioritize target accounts, and generate sales forecasts.
• Expand network through research, events, referrals, and strategic introductions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and on-site support; provide technical consultation and demonstrations.
