EXACT Stormwater Management, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales and Partnership Manager to drive growth for our Maintenance Division. The role emphasizes building deep client relationships, converting leads, and guiding opportunities from inspection through close.

Success hinges on understanding stormwater systems, strong communication, and ability to coordinate pricing and bid execution with operations. Travel and multi-channel engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across verbal and written channels.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and perform simple take-offs.
• Proven track record in developing new customers and expanding existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build deep relationships with existing and prospective clients, using meetings, lunches, calls, trade shows, participation in trade networks, and other methods to increase market share with each customer and expand on the suite of services provided to them
• Seek and follow-up on new opportunities by reviewing internal and external business leads
• Actively listen to clients, identify their problem(s) and present solutions
• Convert prospects and job leads into new customers by performing thorough inspections, completing required documentation, and ensuring prospects understand the process
• Understand and improve pricing, maximizing the value of the services provided
• Use our suite of business software / resources to pass on critical information learned during inspection and/or bidding to the Operations team to ensure efficient execution of the work
• Possess organizational skills sufficient to follow projects through the sales cycle
• Use knowledge of market opportunities to help build budgets and set expectations for the business
