Job summary

Anytime Fitness in the Pittsburgh area seeks a motivated Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead four locations. This hands-on role emphasizes building teams, developing salespeople and driving results beyond a traditional regional role.

You will recruit, train, and support staff, improve membership and training sales, ensure an exceptional member experience, and travel between clubs to uphold consistency and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales, sales management or sales training.
• Experience coaching people to improve performance.
• Experience hiring, training or managing employees.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to move between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth across four locations.
• Train and coach staff on sales, prospecting, lead follow-up and closing.
• Monitor leads, appointments, show rates, conversions and membership sales.
• Develop sales processes and accountability systems.
• Identify opportunities to increase personal training and coaching revenue.
• Lead regular sales coaching and performance meetings.
• Recruit, interview and help hire great employees.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Develop front-desk/sales employees into strong performers.
• Set expectations and hold employees accountable.
• Address performance issues quickly and professionally.
• Help maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling across locations.
• Regularly visit all four locations.
• Ensure clubs maintain high standards for cleanliness, service and presentation.
• Help resolve member and operational issues.
• Step in during staffing shortages or transitions.
• Identify problems and take ownership of solving them.
• Maintain consistency across all four locations.
