This hands-on leader drives execution, coaches staff, and ensures systems are followed to wow members. The role blends operations and sales with high expectations for performance.

You will mentor GMs and regional leaders, develop growth plans, and champion a performance culture while traveling to clubs up to 90% of the time. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multi-unit teams in fitness, hospitality, or retail with proven results.
• Mastery of membership sales, CRM systems, PT program integration, and field coaching.
• Traveling (up to 90%) with passion for driving club-by-club excellence.
• A heart for mentoring, a head for business, and the hunger to win.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Execution: Embed the Crunch Sales System into the DNA of every staff member.
• Build Operational Excellence: Audit club readiness, uniforms, front desk standards, and SOPs.
• Develop Leaders: Coach GMs/PTMs/AGMs to think strategically and lead with empathy.
• Champion Performance & Growth: Review KPI dashboards and create clear, time-bound action plans.
• Activate Outreach & Local Momentum: Support outreach and lead generation with community focus.
• Communication, Report, and Elevate: Submit weekly insights, coaching logs, and campaign plans.
