Anytime Fitness Asia is seeking a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead four Pittsburgh-area clubs. You will build teams, drive sales growth and create accountability across locations, while delivering an exceptional member experience.

The role focuses on coaching sales staff, developing processes, and coordinating staffing. It offers hands-on leadership with travel between clubs and potential evolution into broader multi-location oversight.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales leadership, management or training.
• Experience coaching staff to improve performance.
• Comfort with goals, KPIs and accountability.
• Experience hiring, training or managing employees.
• Demonstrates initiative and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth across four locations.
• Train and coach staff on sales, prospecting, lead follow-up and closing.
• Monitor leads, appointments, show rates, conversions and sales.
• Develop sales processes and accountability systems.
• Identify opportunities to increase personal training and coaching revenue.
• Lead regular sales coaching and performance meetings.
• Recruit, interview and help hire great employees.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Develop front-desk/sales employees into strong performers.
• Set expectations and hold employees accountable.
• Address performance issues quickly and professionally.
• Help maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling across locations.
• Regularly visit all four locations and maintain high standards.
• Resolve member and operational issues and ensure consistency.
