Job summary

Anytime Fitness in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead four locations, build teams, and drive membership growth. This hands-on role emphasizes developing salespeople, solving problems, and delivering results across multiple clubs.

The ideal candidate will train staff, set accountability, and coordinate operations while relocating between sites as needed. Travel is required; evenings/weekends may occur.

Qualifications

• Must have strong background in sales, sales management or sales training.
• Experience coaching people to improve performance.
• Comfortable with goals, KPIs and accountability.
• Experience hiring, training or managing employees.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Take initiative and resolve issues proactively.
• Excellent leadership with hands-on problem-solving.
• Willing to travel between four Pittsburgh-area locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth across four locations.
• Train and coach staff on sales, prospecting, lead follow-up and closing.
• Monitor leads, appointments, show rates, conversions and membership sales.
• Develop sales processes and accountability systems.
• Identify opportunities to increase personal training and coaching revenue.
• Lead regular sales coaching and performance meetings.
• Recruit, interview and help hire great employees.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Resolve member and operational issues across locations.
• Maintain consistent standards across all four locations.
• Travel between locations as required.
