Job summary

ICONIX Waterworks is seeking a Regional Sales and Operations Manager to lead regional sales and operations, developing leaders and driving profitable growth across multiple locations in the West Coast and Texas. You will steer budgets, forecast performance, and strengthen customer/vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in the industry, leadership experience, strong business acumen, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related industry experience with leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience leading sales and/or operations teams, preferably across multiple locations.
• Ability to analyze financial, sales, and operational performance and translate insights into action.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, sales targets, and operating expenses.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales strategy for the assigned region by prioritizing sales efforts and developing customer/vendor relationships.
• Monitor regional sales performance and work with branch leadership to address gaps and achieve revenue goals.
• Lead and develop Branch Managers, Operations Managers, Outside Sales Reps, and others, including recruitment and training.
• Develop, monitor, and report monthly/annual regional budgets and forecasts to reach financial targets while managing expenses.
• Oversee branch operations, staffing, processes, and customer service in alignment with strategy.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure product availability and growth.
• Champion safety by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and training.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Purchasing, and other teams to execute plans and manage risk.
