Job summary

ICONIX Waterworks is seeking a Regional Sales and Operations Manager to drive growth and operational excellence across multiple branches in the region.

You will lead regional sales, coach branch teams, and manage budgets while partnering with cross-functional groups to deliver reliable water solutions and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in the industry with leadership experience, and a track record of growing revenue and margins in a multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of related industry experience with at least 3 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience leading sales and/or operations teams across locations or markets.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and margins and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute the regional sales strategy and develop customer/vendor relationships to grow revenue.
• Monitor regional performance and address gaps with branch leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and sales/operations teams; support recruitment and training.
• Develop and report on regional budgets and forecasts; manage operating expenses and risks.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure alignment with business targets and safety standards.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the region.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure product availability and growth.
• Champion a safety culture and ensure compliance with health and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Purchasing, and Business Process to execute plans.
