Job summary

Veritiv Corporation in Columbia, SC is seeking a Regional Sales Administrator to support the Sales Leadership Team with senior administrative duties across the region. You will manage onboarding, process improvements, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination to drive efficiency.

You bring 5–10 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proven ability to work independently while delivering accurate, timely results in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with company computer systems is essential.
• Ability to prioritize, set and achieve goals with strong time management.
• Strong understanding of Veritiv products, services, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Sales hires and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Provide admin support to Sales Leadership, including customer set‑ups and invoicing issues.
• Generate reports and metrics for Sales Leadership.
• Serve as liaison between Sales and other departments (Sourcing, Operations, Inventory).
• Coordinate system setups (Salesforce, eCommerce) and price updates/renewals.
• Create and manage customer program reports and sales study tracking (commissions, budgeting).
• Assist and implement unique customer programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
