Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Acct. Manager to drive sales growth and manage Key Customer Acct. within the assigned territory. This individual will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
=Report to : Head of US Center
=Location : Austin, TX in US (Remote Work is available, preferred Idaho and Oregon)
Key Responsibility
=Manage and grow existing customer acct. while identifying new opportunities within the assigned region.
=Develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
=Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
=Act as the primary point of contact for regional clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
=Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, R&D, and CS to deliver tailored solutions.
=Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, market trends and Regulatory issues to develop strategic account plans.
=Actively Participate in networking events to increase brand visibility and business opportunity. (trade shows, conferences, forum, etc.)
=Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in accordance with company policies.
=Do value pricing and find market solution to make reasonable profit from newly-developed product.
Qualifications
=Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
=10+ years of experience in B2B sales or Acct. management, preferably in semiconductor equipment industries.
=Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
=Strategic thinking to increase product gross margin and profitability.
=Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
=Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
=Willingness to Frequent Travel (50% or less) within the region as required.
=Creating documents ability (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills
=Experienced in international sales or managing multicultural clients.
=Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
