Hi, I'm Sterling, VP of Demand Generation at Customer.io . We're looking for a strategic content marketer to support our sales-led growth and help mid-market buyers understand our platform's unique value.
As our Sales-Led Growth Content Marketing Manager, you’ll create persuasive, persona-driven content that empowers our partner and sales teams to connect with growth-minded marketing and operations leaders. You'll craft assets that move deals forward in a considered but fast-paced buying process, including owning the development of our annual State of Messaging report - from sourcing surveys to organizing data while maintaining consistency with our established methodology.

Today over 7,800 internet businesses use Customer.io to manage, send, and track the performance of emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. Unlike typical marketing platforms, Customer.io helps businesses increase relevance by using behavioral data: what people do or don’t do when logged in to a web or mobile app.
Customer.io is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. We are offering a starting salary of $120,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
