What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth by managing sales pipelines, hitting targets, and delivering results aligned with company objectives
- Implement tailored strategies for Advanced Wound Care products, focusing on Acute Care and key IDN partnerships
- Coach and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth
- Develop regional business plans in collaboration with marketing and corporate teams for effective execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare ecosystem

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of prior medical device sales leadership experience
- Strong understanding of the GPO contracting process and IDN health systems
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales methodologies
- Willingness to travel up to 70% during the workweek with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience in developing business plans and managing CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and processes
