What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth by managing sales pipelines and achieving sales targets
- Implement tailored strategies for Advanced Wound Care products in the Acute Care setting
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare leaders
- Collaborate with marketing and corporate teams for seamless execution of business plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of prior medical device sales leadership experience
- Strong understanding of GPO contracting processes and IDN health systems
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships in the healthcare ecosystem
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with excellent time management and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with GPS Sales Processes
- Master's degree in a related field
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in high-stakes discussions
- Ability to travel up to 70% during the workweek
