What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth by managing sales pipelines and achieving sales targets
- Implement strategies for Advanced Wound Care products in Acute Care settings
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to ensure consistent performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to enhance business operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of medical device sales leadership experience
- Strong understanding of GPO contracting processes and IDN health systems
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel up to 70% during the workweek with a valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
