Regional Sales Manager - Wound Care (Southeast)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Wound Care to lead our Southeast U.S. region. The role involves developing strategic business plans targeting top 100 IDNs and hospital systems, leading and inspiring a sales team, and representing our Advanced Wound Care portfolio, including brands like Hydrofera Blue, Cutimed - Sorbact, and others. The position is remote, covering FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, and TN, with frequent travel required.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive revenue growth by managing sales pipelines and achieving targets.
  2. Implement tailored strategies for our products focusing on Acute Care and key IDN partnerships.
  3. Coach and mentor sales team members.
  4. Conduct field rides, recruit, onboard, and develop sales personnel.
  5. Develop regional business plans aligned with corporate goals.
  6. Build relationships with decision-makers and healthcare leaders.
  7. Negotiate and represent Essity in strategic discussions.
  8. Ensure policy compliance and effective use of CRM tools.
  9. Collaborate with teams to strengthen distributor and B2B relationships.
  10. Network with clinical and distributor partners.
  11. Share best practices with other Regional Sales Managers.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of medical device sales leadership, with knowledge of GPO contracting and IDN systems.
  • Experience in developing business plans, managing CRM, and executing sales strategies.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers in healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales methodologies like GPS.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%, with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
