Regional Sales Manager - Wound Care (Northeast)

About The Role

We seek an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Wound Care to lead our Northeast U.S. region. You will develop strategic business plans targeting top 100 IDNs and hospital systems, lead and motivate a sales team, and represent our Advanced Wound Care portfolio, including brands like Hydrofera Blue, Cutimed - Sorbact, Sorbion, Epiona, Hypafix, and Jobst - Compri2 and Comprifore.

This is a remote position covering the Northeast U.S. with frequent travel required. The ideal candidate should be located within the territory and embody our values of leadership, innovation, and motivation.

What You Will Do
  • Drive revenue by managing pipelines, hitting targets, and achieving results.
  • Implement strategies for our Advanced Wound Care products in the Acute Care setting.
  • Coach and develop your team.
  • Conduct field rides, recruit, onboard, and develop sales reps.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans in collaboration with marketing and corporate teams.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, including KOLs and healthcare leaders.
  • Negotiate and represent Essity in strategic discussions.
  • Ensure policy compliance and utilize CRM tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with distributors and partners to maximize growth.
  • Partner with other Regional Sales Managers to share best practices and foster a winning culture.
Who You Are
  • 3-5 years of medical device sales leadership experience, with knowledge of GPO contracting and IDN systems.
  • Skilled in business planning, CRM management, and sales execution.
  • Ability to build relationships with hospital and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales methodologies like GPS.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s a plus.
  • Willing to travel up to 70%, with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
