About The Role

We seek an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Wound Care to lead our Northeast U.S. region. You will develop and implement strategic business plans targeting top 100 IDNs and hospital systems. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to surpass sales targets and drive regional success in Acute Care. Represent our Advanced Wound Care portfolio with brands like Hydrofera Blue, Cutimed - Sorbact, Sorbion, Epiona, Hypafix, and Jobst - Compri2 and Comprifore, focusing on innovation and impactful healthcare solutions.

This remote position covers the Northeast U.S. region. Candidates should be located within the territory and able to travel frequently.

What You Will Do
  • Drive revenue growth by managing sales pipelines, hitting targets, and aligning with company goals.
  • Implement tailored strategies for our Advanced Wound Care products, focusing on Acute Care and key IDN partnerships within the region.
  • Coach and mentor your team for performance and growth.
  • Conduct field rides, recruit top talent, onboard new hires, and develop personalized growth plans.
  • Create regional business plans aligned with corporate objectives, collaborating with marketing and corporate teams.
  • Build and sustain relationships with decision-makers, including KOLs, healthcare leaders, and IDN executives.
  • Represent Essity in negotiations and strategic discussions.
  • Ensure policy compliance and utilize CRM tools effectively for sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and B2B accounts.
  • Network with clinical and distributor partners to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Partner with other Regional Sales Managers to share best practices, align strategies, and foster a winning culture.
Who You Are
  • 3-5 years of medical device sales leadership experience, with understanding of GPO contracting and IDN healthcare systems.
  • Skilled in business planning, CRM management, and sales strategy execution.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with hospital and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales methodologies like GPS.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 70% during the workweek, with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
