An established industry player is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a fully remote position. This role focuses on executing strategic sales objectives and leading a dynamic sales team. Regional Sales Manager, West - fully remote
This position is located in our West region, with an ideal candidate working from their home office and already living in a metro area within California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, or Colorado, within close proximity to a major airport for ease of travel.
The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for executing the strategic sales objectives for the region, with the goal of supporting corporate strategic initiatives, achieving field sales budgets and sales targets, and optimizing sales volume and profitability. The RSM is also responsible for training, managing, motivating, and developing the region sales agency team.

Competitive Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is between $125,000-135,000, although a final salary offer is dependent on the candidate's experience level and skill set.
