Job description

The Swatch Group (U.S.) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing existing accounts within the Central region to meet sales targets and support the company's annual sales goals for the brand. The ideal candidate will be motivated, capable of building strong retailer relationships, and experienced in wholesale selling. This position requires the candidate to be based in Texas or California.

This is a field role involving regular travel within the assigned territory.

Profile and Responsibilities
  1. Develop the distribution channel aligned with the brand strategy.
  2. Manage the territory effectively, including sales activities, stock management, merchandising, account servicing, and cooperative marketing.
  3. Provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  4. Prospect and open new retail accounts.
  5. Monitor sell-out and maintain the company's brand image at national points of sale.
  6. Participate in training sessions and attend sports and promotional events.
  7. Implement strategies to increase in-store visibility and sell-through, including training and space negotiations.
  8. Propose promotional events in collaboration with management.
  9. Maintain regular communication with the Brand Manager regarding account status.
  10. Complete forecasts, sales analyses, and relevant reports.
