Job summary

Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region. You will develop and manage residential and commercial water treatment systems through dealer networks and PWQ accounts, while coordinating with marketing on collateral and campaigns.

The role requires 5–7 years’ experience in water treatment or sales, a bachelor’s degree, and extensive travel (65%–80%).

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in water treatment or sales roles.
• Experience in developing dealer networks and training PWQ dealers.
• Experience with forecasting, budgets and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales of residential and commercial water treatment systems through dealer and wholesale channels.
• Acquire, develop and maintain PWQ dealer accounts; grow sales through strategic segments.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, strategies, and marketing programs to meet sales objectives.
• Conduct product training for PWQ dealers; collaborate with marketing on collateral, packaging, catalogs, and online presence.
• Travel 65%–80% overnight.
