Job summary

Franklin Water Treatment, a division of Franklin Electric, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Commercial & Industrial Water Treatment. You will develop and manage sales within your territory, forecast and strategize to meet targets, and support customer accounts with technical solutions.

The role requires knowledge of water chemistry, filtration and membrane technologies, and SCADA/automation, with up to 50% travel for tradeshows, training, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of water chemistry, dosing chemicals and water-quality troubleshooting.
• Experience with filtration, membrane tech, RO systems.
• Experience with SCADA systems and automation in plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial/industrial water treatment sales in assigned territory.
• Forecasts, budgets and strategies to meet sales goals.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts with appropriate contact.
• Coordinate and attend regional tradeshows and seminars.
• Travel up to 50% within the territory for meetings and training.
