AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Appleton, WI area to drive growth in residential water treatment through wholesale channels.

You will support dealers, distributors and customers with technical training and application expertise, while expanding the existing base and hitting budgeted sales targets. The role requires 3+ years in water treatment sales, wholesale experience, and ability to travel across the territory.

Formación

• 3+ years of residential water treatment experience.
• Experience in wholesale channel sales.
• Experience with water treatment equipment and solutions.
• Support wholesale customers, dealers, distributors or channel partners.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Residence in NJ, NY, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT or ME for full consideration.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the National Sales Channel Manager to align territory plans with goals.
• Develop knowledge of residential water treatment products, equipment and solutions.
• Call on dealers, distributors and customers to drive equipment and service sales.
• Expand the customer base through business development and dealer/distributor development.
• Provide on-site technical training and product support.
• Attend water treatment events and customer events across the territory.
• Meet sales and expense objectives within the annual budget.
• Assist customers with water treatment applications and in-field support.
• Participate in monthly sales reviews and territory planning sessions.
• Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
