Job summary

AllSearch Recruiting is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Appleton, WI, focused on water treatment products and wholesale channel growth. You will develop territory plans, support dealers and distributors, and drive residential water treatment sales across the Northeast region.

You will train customers on products and solutions, attend industry and customer events, and strive to meet annual sales and budget targets. Travel across the territory is required and MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential water treatment related experience.
• Wholesale experience required.
• Experience with water treatment equipment or solutions.
• Travel throughout designated territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams/Zoom).
• Residence in NJ, NY, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, ME for full consideration.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans to support regional goals.
• Call on customers, dealers, distributors to drive sales.
• Expand the customer base via business and dealer development.
• Provide on-site technical training and application support.
• Attend water treatment events and customer events in territory.
• Meet sales and expense objectives in the annual budget.
• Assist customers with applications and troubleshooting.
• Participate in monthly sales reviews and territory planning.
• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
